Other than that, I have sold my flat! Never sold anything that big in my life, and nor have I sold anything that i have been so pleased to buy in the first place. Well, whether it is the "right" decision depends really on what I do with the money. Advice is little use because as usual from 10 friends I'll get 10 totally varied opinions, and unscientific notions about what is likely to happen to the housing market.
I would have liked to rent it out, but that would have been a project for the next year or 2 in itself!
